Seat airbags. Can they be replaced?

SO I found a sweet deal on a pair of HR nismo seats but both airbags are deployed. Can I swap the airbags on my 07 to the other seats? Or, do they need to be re-upholstered?

Posting pics would help, but if the bags deployed you will have to recover the back rest. You will have to pull the cover off, replace the bags, and then recover.
