good lord, if you have to remove the rear bumper to get in there, I hope those are bionic bulbs cause that was a PITA!

naw, I think you can get to it either from above by removing the tail lights. or below around the muffler(I beleive this is the easier method.)

It's pretty simple to replace your oem turn signal bulbs. First you pop your trunk open, then on each tailight there are 3 little cap things that pop right out if your pry them with a screwdriver or even your fingernail. After you pry the 3 caps out on each side, you'll need a 10mm socket to take out the bolts and then you can pull the taillights out, don't be afraid to use a little force. Once the tailights are out the rest is pretty simple, all you need to do is reach down with your hand and reach the bulb, twist it out of its current position and replace it with the new bulb.

Haha if you were in so. cali I'd do it for you for 10 bucks.

Why don't you actually try it then maybe you'd see what I'm talking about? It's really simple a monkey could do it.

Hey nice work man!! How did you seal the headlight casing back up? Silicone? Also, this may sound like an obvious question, but did you remove all the bulbs (turn signals, parking light, etc.) before baking it? Also did you remove the xenon unit or? Thanks a lot. I've removed my headlights dozens of times to see if I could somehow get to that orange strip, but everytime I failed.

yeah, remove everything from them. to reseal, reheat them for 5 minutes and push back together, then go over the whole thing with some clear silicone to be sure.
