it covers the reflector not the turn signal. the turn signal is located over the projectors.

yeah, that is the parking light; which is illegal none the less; you are required by law to have a parking light. but Id imagine youd have much less chance of trouble with a parking light covered than turn signal.
now I wonder if amber LEDs in the bumper reflector would qualify as a satisfactory replacement to the parking lights; Im guessing not, but maybe someone knows otherwise.

I thought about doing the Overlay with the actual light showing, but covering the rest up. I'm sure those that have already ordered could do that if they wished

I'm using a medium light tint to reduce the amount of light affected by the Overlay. I turned the headlights on and noticed very little affect if any from the Overlay. . I'm gonna keep this one for a while, I really like the way it looks. Plus, you don't have to remove the headlights or pry them apart to apply my Overlay
