Default Xenon lights yellowing?

I've noticed that one of my lights seem to turn yellow when I first turn them on, then it slowly changes into the regular bluish xenon tint. Is this normal under cold temperature?

Yes- the xenon gas needs a second to heat up so it is the proper color. The amber light is your parking lights- they are just more noticeable when your xenons are off or warming up.
