HID conversion
Dont know about those, but buy HID kits from reputed sources. I did a bit of research for my 05 350z hid conversion and found that Retro Solutions had a good rep. Price was $20 more than the link you posted but I felt I could trust them.
I paid $150 in total with shipping and I paid a bit extra for a relay harness. I first installed without the harness and they worked great with no flickering so I kept them.
I think the ones you posted are only 35watts, but I got 55watts for a bit more which I recommend.
Just google retro solutions and they will take care of you there,
