well what i was told by xcessmotors is that the headlights are ordered from nissan at wholeseller price and they install the hids before they ship out so its plug and play. but like i said in an earlier post. i told them if it doesnt come in the box from nissan im telling the delivery guy to send them back. and they guy dave i spoke to said he knows i will have no problem with that. so he is knows that it will come with the nissan factory packaging boxes and that the headlights are genuine nissan. so i believe they will be legit and if they rnt they will be sent back right away.
they were just shipped out today so they should be here in the next couple of days and i will post up pics as soon as i get them and finish a few essays for my college class lol. i will keep you guys all updated

yes i read through his diy and i dont see where i would need to improvise anything because the connectors are all the same. and the hids are preinstalled before shipping so i dont see where i will have to improvise....could you possibly tell me where u think i have to?

potato received Nissan box's.
Improvise (making adjustments) I have already posted earlier... that you have to disconnect the blue wire from the headlight harness otherwise your '06 blinkers will stay on.

They are finally here! hopefully going to put them in today! the headlights are genuine Nissan because of the fact that it has nissan engraved at the very bottom of the face of the headlight. from what i have been told and researched that it how you can tell if the part is genuine Nissan

well thats the thing im very confused on how i am suppose to install these because they came with an aftermarket hid kit...from what i have seen i have to cut holes in the plastic cover and mount the ballast somewhere else....so idk if i really want to do that. so with that said i might just use the wiring from the 03 headlights and buy a 8000k bulb if that possible? any body know if that is possible?
