Default has anyone installed heated power leather seats in a track model ?? how?

I have a 2004 track model, it has non powered cloth , non heated seats with air bags. I am wondering if anyone has installed powered leather, heated seats with air bags into a track model.

I had read some threads on how to install the power heated seats into base models but not into a track pack with existing airbags. I have read how to install the heated power, (I don’t care about the heat, not going to connect it) And how to install the power adjustment, (2 wires to each seat from the cig lighter) this is what I am after.

I am wondering if because I already have the airbag harness would the power seats harness also to there. Would they have run the same harness and just not have that option connected, if so will the new seat just be plug and play.

Also will the air bags in the new seats work the same without a problem, I would assume so, because I already have them.

Any information would be appreciated.

check under your seats for harness for the power seats. i put powered seats in my performance model and it was just plug and play.

i also helped a friend install leather powered seats in his track edition and it didn't have the harness so we hard wired it to his rear cig lighter

didn't the performance model already come with power heated seats? if so then there's no reason why it shouldn't be plug and play.

performance came with cloth but it might be because when you order the car new, you can choose leather as an upgrade, i dont think i have ever seen a track edition with stock leather.
