Default Powdercoating Intake Manifold

Just wondering what you all thought of this idea. I have access to a powdercoater and was wondering if you thought it would look neat in black? Currently the engine bay is brickyard as seen below.

Also, how long does it take to remove the intake manifold?

Default Powdercoating

I'm a big fan of engine powdercoating, so I say go for it. Currently I'm planning on redoing mine in black cherry.

Wadd -

Doug powdercoats all the plenums before he ships them, unless they are the polished.

He has gotten several special requests, i.e. red, black, yellow, etc.

Not a problem at all with the process!

Ok, wish I could see a photo of it done.

And my second question above...how difficult is it to remove the plenum? And how time consuming. My old Dodge Avenger was a real bitc$ because there was bolts and hoses the average midget couldnt even get his hands to.

It's not difficult at all! Took me 1.5 hrs to remove my stock one and installed Crawford's one. Luckily, the bolts are reachable, just about by anyone .
