I don't see any reason why you can't Dremel it off.

Is it there for protection, will taking it off not be a good idea?

Without it, you might be more prone to splitting the bottom of the nose in half

That doesn't do anything, remove it if you have to

Well I had a few scuff marks on my bumper, a good amount of scratches, and that piece was falling off, so I decided to get a new bumper. It looks amazing. My car literally looks brand new with the new bumper on now. The front bumper was the only part of the car that had a little damage, so I am glad I made this choice. New bumper painted and installed for 700.

Honestly I would just cut it off if you need to. I don't think it really serves a purpose.

Your car will explode if you remove the plastic from your bumper. This part is a crucial part that balances the explosive chemicals all around your car. DO NOT REMOVE! You've already cut some parts of it... anymore could be dangerous.

This thread is ridiculous.

Op - Can I remove this part? I've already cut half of it.
