i have the exact same ebay specials on my 240.. same mirror mold, different bases.. the only thing going for it is that they are extremely light compared to the OE mirrors (the s13 ones) and that's about it. build quality sucks.. but i didnt really care since i wanted something light and usable.

I is disappoint by the amount of effort you've put in modding your 240.

I know this is off topic, but in Chebosto's last picture, on the top right, is that a WRX/STI with Evo X stock wheels?

Fair point; thanks. Perhaps I should have looked in the garage before posting. Carry on.

Only thing I dont like is that my car vibrates too much and the mirror shakes too much. the mount on the mirror is not solid enough

these are the knock offs of i think the APR GT mirrors.

very similar to the Craftsquare stem mirrors... just a different location for the stem.

the craftsquare and APR come with very strong pivot ball locking mechanism that will not move during driving.

thecheaper knock offs will need constant adjustments and are easily out of adjustment after some hard driving.

i had the autotechnkic replicas of the craftsquare stem mirrors and although they were full carbon, and super light, they moved a bit too much for my liking and were difficult to adjust properly. i was able to adjust the pivot ball mechanism to be stronger, but even after that i sold them..
