Hey everybody. I believe these are fake, although I figured why not email the guy to see what he has to say.

Here is the link:
http://newjersey.craigslist.org/pts/3478085043.html

He said "I still have them. They are brand new. Sliders are universal. Made by bride of canada"

What do you guys think?

I have a set of those, without the bride markings. Honestly, Just for driving around they will work fine. I have a few friends with these and not had any problems. I just decided to keep my heated seats lol and not going to use them. So, in a way save you some money, get some decent seats and put it to something else. If it is for show and you have a lot of events and rep depends on everything, then go real. All in what you need it for man.

Well I have a 2008 base and it is a street car with a little bit of Auto-X and HPDE in the mix.

Also, my oem seat has the side airbag so i'm not sure what I would have to do to not throw the airbag light, since I know the nismo plug is not available anymore.

I guess I'll stay with my oem seats. What are your opinions? OEM or Reps?

I see, well man I'd say it's really up to you. Only reason I'm not using mine is I decided to stay with heated seats. In my other Z, track model, I was going to put the Reps in there, as I liked them better than the factory seats. Then my touring model took a turn for making me broke and I sold the track model and never put my seats in.

If you want a different look and want a seat that hugs you ever so nicely, go reps ;P

OK thanks for the information. Now if I end up buying, what other items will I need? Should I use the stock brackets? Also what do I need to do about the side airbags?

Thanks in advance.

Get the real bride seat rails to make mounting the seats less of a pain. As for the sensor, I think there is a write-up on how to bypass it. Maybe someone can post it for you. I'll see what I can find as well. That should be all you need though. If you would rather the same seats without the bride logos, all black with red stitching, let me know, other than that you should be set man.

Best of luck.

You'll need new rails. You can't use the stock ones. I recommend Buddy Club or BRIDE rails.

Don't get reps. Get the real thing!

Good luck man

Thanks everybody. Decided im going to stick with the stockers. Safety is priority. I just wanted a little extra support for the track. Too bad I cant use harnesses on the stock seats. I remember my buddys srt4 had the seats the harnesses worked for it. Damn 350z with its cheap interior.

fake, don't waste your money on bulls**** parts like that, they will not save your life. Save some money and buy REAL racing seats whether that be Bride, Recaro, Sparco, and so on... Don't want to see that your in a hospital bed because of some $500 knock offs that are nothing compartable to your stock seats with airbags.

atta boy. yeah, seats are too critical in crash ratings to trust your life to some shitty replica.

I have an 08 San Marino Blue Z like you but mine is the Grand Touring, I have the Bride CUGA superseat in Red Logo. I love these seats and yes they are authentic from Japan the ones from Canada and Taiwan are FAKE. I had to wait five months for them to get here from Japan because no one had them in the red logo like I wanted. They cost $4000.00 so for someone to be selling them for $450.00 has BS on his hands....so don't buy 'em. Save up and get the real Bride boss!!!!!!

Actually I would rather have a fake Bride, but have a seatbelts properly mounted like most people do not have. Safety is a package , the whole thing must be properly set up
