Wow, wasn't expecting to see my car when I opened this thread, almost forgot that my car used to be Chrome Silver. It is quite a bit louder even with the interior pieces installed. The quality of the hatch is also a large factor, the overall fitment can prevent some of the rattling.
SN: that hatch isn't Seibon btw

That's not a Seibon pictured so make sure you know what you're buying. I just installed the Seibon CF hatch a while back and I haven't noticed a difference in terms of wind noise. Just expect to have extra money for the glass transfer and I would recommend reusing or replacing all the rubber pieces associated with the rear hatch.

I also bought new molding for around the glass from the dealer for $90 and lighter duty hatch shocks for $110. Plan on spending more money if you want it done correctly the first time.
got mine off of craigslist for 200 but had to reclear it because it was pretty sun baked. interior noise is a bit louder but i do have solid motor mounts aswell as straight pipes and exhaust system so that adds to the noise. i dont hear much rattling
