Angry Aftermarket shift boot? Ichiban didn't fit!

My Z's shifter now looks like an uncircumsized well...you know...the boot is too tall and the diameter wasn't large enough. I had to kind of fold the center of it in, hence the uncircumsized look. Only realized this AFTER I put it on... Anyone know of a boot that fits our cars without much modification? Has anyonehere actually changed theirs (it was a real PITA btw)?

well i already wasted 35 bucks on this one...don't really want to 'try' again...do you know for sure that they fit?
