Hi guys

Stupid question.. I just ordered Doluck replica skide skirts from ABS Dynamics, but i threw my told side skirts away, and when I put these up to the car there is tons of room at the bottom of them and nothing to mount to? I know this is a stupid question, but do these by any chance mount over the factory skirts? if not I see no other way??? Thanks in advance for any help

 

It seems to be a full replacement sideskirt, maybe some pictures of the mounting location might help
