Question Z1 UHP Struts and Misaligned Hatch

Hi Guys,

I had some Z1 UHP hatch Struts installed a couple of months ago and I've noticed that my hatch is no longer aligned to my roof. Perhaps the struts were not installed correctly or it's the added high pressure of the struts forcing the hatch up. I've attached some pics...

Any help sorting out this issue would be much appreciated.

the brackets are upside down. take the 2 bolts out of each bracket, flip it over, and bolt them back down. problem solved!

You had these installed? Or did it yourself?

Believe it or not I actually had my mechanic install them during my last oil change. Good thing is I didn't pay any labour... he pretty much did it for free.

Sometimes if you want things done right you have to do it yourself...

I did this once by accident. Left nice little dents inside the hatch
