Default CF front emblem - Not Filler

So, here we see the imfamous Nissan bumper cover badge with carbon fiber behind it. However, it's not a filler. How can this be?

Vic,

It's the VIS racing CF Nismo aero kit. I know you've seen it before, but not on CS. I had them mask off the circle in the center of the emblem insert, so you can see the CF coming through.

I guess I should have posted more pics of the lower portions with the CF exposed.

I installed the Nismo Weldina exhaust about a week ago. I LOVE it!!!! A bit throatier without being much louder. My G-Tech tells me that it's giving me 7.8 additional rwhp. I've also got the RT cats that I've not installed yet.

I recommend this exhaust for anyone who wants an excellent quality exhaust that accentuates the Z sound without any hint of the ricer 5" fartcan sound.

I highly recommend you get it from Performance Nissan - their prices are very good and service is excellent. When Jason isn't testing Jersey walls with his Z, he's always available on the phone or PM on this board.

I have them, but I'm torn between them and reinstalling the OE splash guards (also sitting on the shelf.) From the side the Nismo pieces look very nice, but look kinda rice from behind.

Also, I've managed to scratch my rear bumper cover (need to start a different thread for that one) and it needs to go to the shop for repaint.

What does everyone think: Rear Nismo aero skirts or OE splash guards?

Nismo skirts.

I bought splash guards for the front only. MAinly because they look good. The rear splash guards look like *****. So many people have them on and they are so ugly. I cant understand why Nissan would have come up with such a poor design. You dont see Porsche installing blocky rectangular splash guards that break up the lines of the car! Seriously, our OEM rear splash guards belong on a truck.

Your car looks great, it deserves the Nismo skirts not some pos afterthought of a design splash guard.

Sorry for the rant but I hate it when people screw up an awesome car with cheap looking stuff and i could never understand those damn rear splash guards. Nothing else looks more out of place!

Do you plan on adding the Nismo S-Tune suspension to "finish" the package off ... not to mention it would look sweet with just a little bit of a drop from where it is right now ?

The car looks great by the way ... very classy IMHO, I agree with you on the concerns for the Nismo rear skirts, they look good from the side, but the rear shot (especially in CF) could look rice

good luck with your decisions

Talking nice.

Looks bitchin' man!

I'll gladly take credit for the concept.

Very clever on your part though...

No Problems. I occasionally travel about 100 miles out of my usual market and still get all my favorite FM stations just like before. I was expecting some serious signal loss, and was going to keep this stubby around for just show, but with good reception, I decided to keep it on all the time.
