It would be nice to have sponsors but I have zero desire to show my car and most if not all sponsors want exposure at shows in exchange to discounts or free stuff and things.

thats basically how it goes yes. Its advertising.. i deal w marketing managers.

Its stuff i do already, now i get paid for it.

Which is good because even with the discounts, this whole "body and wheels and etc" redo is costing me between 12 and 15 grand, cash money no credit cards.

in other news, i picked up xbLED DRL kit form TRS...

Some aluminum capped lugs since you cant see my Rays lugs w this low of an offset on these wheels.. Picked up a few sets so i can do one color on each side of the car.. thyere cheap and look decent.. ill utlimately do titanium ones once i try these and find the exact color and size length i want.. theyre 340 bucks a set.. not messing that up.

Ordered up a set of sponsor stencils for the r888s as well.. pretty cheap and beats having to paint.

Tirestickers.com
They are licensed to use the exact toyo fonts and logos too..

Same as Nascar would use..they are a latex transfer.. I'm sure they are iron on and actually vulcanize to the tire...or something to that effect.

Just looked em up. that is awesome. I'm really curious to see how they work. I've been wanting to try a stencil or something similar on my track wheels.

Yeah I figure they'll react better to tire dressing than white paint would... and they come in double qtys. .. so when they're toast.. I'll just line up the dups..and reset a new one over top.of the old.

Lots of additional things to wire up.. so i sacked up and bought a stack of wire spools w the proper colors... i have mismatch all over this car from.the last 10 years lol..

Stan's out til next weds.. (toyo)

Thank you on this!! Buying my R888's this would add the magic touch! lol Should I go with a Permanent or use Semi Permanent?
(As well as the My350z.com sticker)

your progress is moving much faster than I thought it was going too. It is nice to see for a change when most projects sit for months on end without any updates.
