Default Hid's flickering

i have an 04 350z i purchased 6000k hid bulbs from diodedynamics.com they advertised themselves here so i went ahead i just put them in today and when i turn them on they flicker once or twice when turning on then they are good they work great after that my question is are they supposed to flicker when they turn on? and if they are will that go away or will they always do that my oem hid's dont flicker when they turn on they just turn on right away so if you guys could please answer my question i would really appreciate it thanks.

You could contact diodedynamics directly. They are fast at responding any question regarding their products.

Every aftermarket HID kit I have installed flickers briefly for about the first quarter second. Once the bulbs have warmed up, they usually don't.

They shouldn't flicker. There is the initial flash, then it gets dim and they get brighter as they warm up.
