Anyone find a source or suitable substitute for the Japan Miyama MS-010a pushbutton switches in the dome light? Nissan only sells the entire assembly, rather than these easily replaceable parts, and the manufacturer of the switch only sells them in lots of 1000 (uh...I only need two). Scoured the web and can't find a source.

And yes, BTW, I'm sure the switches are the problem. Took one apart, and one of the internal contacts is burnt. I figure the last owner did some interesting, if perhaps misguided stuff with interior lighting.

 

You're not going to find such an obscure piece separately. Find the entire assembly used. Just post a WTB ad here, search eBay, or check with a place that scraps Z's (like Turbo Toys in Tampa).

 

Thanks for the tip on Turbo Toys. I can find the whole assembly, as you suggested. It's just too bad I can't find the switch, itself, and that I'll have to shell out for a whole dome light to replace two 75 cent switches. Bummer.
