Sounds good, I probably missed it and don't feel like searching and you probably know it off hand, do you have the thread where you posted what these are?

the thread was in inventers classified. no photos as this is the initial run and they will be creating the master mold along with it.

it is the amber strip that runs vertically up the side of the headlight.

Question How difficult?

Area, how difficult it is to replace the headlight reflectors? Any special tools needed? Thanks!

no "special" tools, but you do have to open your housing, which involves a screwdriver and an oven from what I understand. there is a write up in the DIY forum on how to open it, I havent opened mine myself, so Im not much help there.

What exactly are the "reflectors with LED's"? Do these have the LED's built in and it's simply a matter of connecting them to a power supply?

I also sell LED bulbs, that fit the size of the socket under the reflector strip.
though now that I think about it, its more likely people would want amber bulbs and not white.

the bulbs are a direct plug in replacement of the stock filiment bulb thats already there, they are seperate from the reflectors physicly.

i wonder if the "reflector with LED's" include many small LED bulbs along the strip, or if it is just replacing that ONE bulb up top.

And opening the headlight is not as bad as you think, i've done it before, twice already actually, on my other car. I've been waiting a free weekend to do it to the Z, haven't had a chance yet...maybe this weekend hopefully. Painting my headlights, but not black

But i guess if I buy these i should probably wait.
Now the question is which ones should i buy because i have the smoked on the bumper, but the white ones look nice, but then i have to buy the white ones on the bottom, ARGH, so many choices.

its just the one bulb up top. but is the luxeon LED. if you want white LEDs to place in there in a strip, I have those too. but Im not offering that work. may or may not do a DIY on how to do such a thing. Im not sure if I want to take that risk myself. headlights are expensive, one thing to open and reseal, another to start drilling them.

right now Im not taking orders. when all the preorders are taken care of Ill offer any extras, and order some more. but I have to get all the preorders satisfied before I promise any new ones.

right now he made a set with the white tint, but said it needed more tint. so he's doing that now.
