Dogs, wife, car hobby, travel=my fulfilled life.
We rent, I would like to own, but I don't have 100's of K'$ sitting around for a house just for a downpayment, NorCal is ridiculous...one day.

That's my rant for the day, feeling better about myself already.

balance is important,

I would rather have a decent good looking sports car that is tastefully modified


own a business
have custom made suits, shoes, watches, hairstyles
have lots of money left over.
live in a nice *** house
eat good food

i dont like disproportionate circumstances,

i know people who own porsches, bmws, benz that live in trailer parks and mobile homes......people who own louis vuitton bags that work some cashier job at some hot dog stand....lol

a car is only 1 part of my life....

Am not in the mood in taking advice from someone who still lives at home with mommy and daddy who doesn't know what the real world tastes like and just getting a free handout.

 

Nobody over here is getting a free hand out. I've got my own self paid roth IRA. I file taxes every year. I chose to move back in with my 70 year old parents, and help them out, to pay off my medical bills over selling my car. Lucky for them too, both fell in the last 6 months and broke limbs.
