Unhappy Aftermarket Seats rail problem?

So i have a pair of bride low max seats and i bought sparco passenger and driver rails, they are both perfect fits and everything is fine, however I am just really confused as to why the passenger sits almost 3 inches higher than the driver.
It looks really bad and I don't know a solution to this.

I believe it is the manual transmission hump on the passenger floor, raising one corner of the base, causing the other three corners to be raised so that the base can remain parallel to the ground. I can only think of a custom floor mount by a welder/shop.

Sparco sells different mounts for auto and manual. The part # should be on a sticker.
