Default Overall opinions on "Evo" rear fog/brake light?

What does everyone think about the rear third F1 style break light that some are calling a fog light?

Would you do it on a 350z?

I voted no specifically on appearance.

Perhaps if I lived in a very foggy/ limited visibility area and didn't feel the stock reflectors and lamps were bright enough to be noticed, it would change my opinion.

But for appearance alone, I don't really see the point.

I believe it's mandatory in Japan. That's why all the new cars coming from Japan have the empty spot back there here in the States. My new STI and my Garage Mak body kit for the Z both have them.

Yeah, I've seen them on Civics and what not....and I dunno. Just looks out of place, like it doesn't belong there.

BRZs also have them, but on that car it's not so bad because the design is already eccentric.

Not a fan, maybe if would be in the right climate.

Brake and break should be on the drivers test. If you don't know, you don't drive

back in the 90's we would have a lower brake light to let other drivers know you where looking for a race. Than again this was way back when not everyone and there grandmother was street racing.

Don't remember that, but I do remember side marker lights back then. If they were on the person was ready to race

Not sure how you plan on mounting this otherwise...

I think it looks ugly and I can't see it being purposeful honestly

To each his own but I say no. Theyre too distracting from an otherwise nice rear end. When you see one on the road you just stare at it.
