I may not understand the question, but why do you think cloth might be a problem with heated seats?

Default do they laterally hold better than the leather

I drive my Z on track mostly. Have leather seats and i slide around. I was thinking about buying OEM Nismo seats. Would they hold me better? Do they have bigger side bolsters?

I was also thinking about buying a sparco road chrono.
