There is an extra cord idk what it's for and the light comes out yellow when it's supposed to be red.

Eagle Eyes must be an aftermarket (made in Taiwan) LED wanna-be light set.

right... you have 2 plugs, 2 holes... hit the brakes with bulbs out... put that where the red is... turn signal, goes where orange is.

The signals are in the bumper. Why would you need 2 sets of signals?

Maybe one plug for the parking light bulb and the other for the brake light bulb? if they even had 2 bulbs.

There shouldn't be any light shinning through where the LEDs are supposed to be even with the bulb in place. The LEDs light up when you turn on your parking lights and brighter when you hit the brakes.
