So let me know guys. And also my bbs wheels are a gun metal grey color.
To be honest, I'm looking forward to seeing your BBS wheels on the car. Something about your current set up doesn't agree with me, but it's not my car. I'm not a fan of plastidip wheels, but it's just my opinion. I've seen enough Z's to know what looks good.

Also, I was thinking yesterday about the uniqueness of our door handles and how they are easily identified from a distance. Using plastidip on the handles kind of defeats that unique quality.

Keep the car clean and you'll do well.

I like what you said about the door handles. To me they're one of those things that a designer would suggest that I wouldn't be on board with. But somehow after the finished product is revealed, it somehow works- it's like your first tactile experience with the car that foreshadows what's to come.

I get that we each want to be unique and peronalize our cars- but thinking ahead ten to fifteen years I think we'll really appreciate the stock form of these cars (or understated, subtle, tasteful mods)

Decidedly last night I made up my mind that the OP's car was ricey. But upon looking at the gas station picture with a fresh set of eyes- not all is lost. The car itself actually looks pretty clean but the wheels kill the whole look for me.

I've learned that if I can't mod my car and improve upon performance or engineering, than I'm better off leaving well enough alone.

Car is a automatic, reasoning for purchasing an auto over manual is because where i live its kind of rare for a 350z to pop up in a manual and when they do it usually has been beaten on and has more then 100k miles. I cant get enough of the Le Mans paint and the leather seats to go with it! Already ordered a full Injen cai. As far as the wheels go, i'm looking into a nice set of HRE's or BBS wheels. not a big fan of the chrome. Thanks for looking, Mike.

Oh Travlee, you got no chill.

I was just out of high school when I owned my first 06 Z and could imagine having the ability to spend that much on wheels . Now I made the mistake of getting a house and dogs so my new Z stays stock lol.
