Default Leather seat dye

Has anyone dyed their leather seats another color?

How did it turn out? The internets seems to show a few guides with what looks like great results.

Any thoughts or experiences?
Thanks

I've used Leatherique products on several cars (Alfa and BMW) and had very good results. Don't expect miracles, though, as in trying to make black seats tan. A great result, just like painting, involves proper and careful prep work.

First, leather seats are not waterproof. If you spill liquid on the seat, it will seep into the material, potentially leaving a stain.
I advise you to just buy at https://leather-toolkits.com/reviews...s-for-leather/ and follow the rules that I describe below.
All leather surfaces of modern cars are covered with a thin vinyl film. This film gives the leather extra protection and strength, and also extends its lifespan.
Secondly, leather seats are prone to cuts and scratches. Sharp objects can permanently damage the seats if you are not careful.
From a service point of view, everything is pretty simple.
Keep them clean by vacuuming frequently, then rubbing lightly with a soft towel and all-purpose cleaner. (I wrote about this in detail on my website where you will find a step-by-step guide).
