Shop quoted me $1000 to fix my rusts spots so I did it myself
I got 2 rust spots on the fender, rear quarter panel and my bumper is badly chipped. I got quoted from a few shops and $1000 was the cheapest to do all 3 areas. I plan on wrapping the car when the weather gets warmer so I didn't want to spend a lot on getting them professionally repaired. I figured I'd give it a try and try repairing it myself and surprisingly it came out really good. The paint match is about 95%, I honestly cannot tell there was rust spot behind it. I uploaded the video to show you guys my progress. I got the paints from automotivetouchup. Just get your paint code and they'll mix it up and put it in spray can for you. For my color which is PPW, it came with the base coat (white) and the mid coat (pearls). For the clear coat, I used 2k clearmaxx which I highly recommend!!
Let me know what you guys think and if you have any questions, I'll be glad to answer some questions if you guys want to this yourself and want to save money
