Likely not- the USDM Zs have an older electronics package, and rewiring to fit a Z34 gauge pod would be difficult.
Besides, the 370Z has that crazy fuel gauge on the left pod that uses flickering lights rather than a analog gauge to show fuel level. It's a step backwards, IMO.

Not really sure I understand why anyone would. Someone to explain?
As dkmura said, I lived with, but found that fuel gauge fiasco in my 34 a step backwards as well. Then again, it wasn't as much of an annoyance as current cars are with all of the driver-dumb-down geegaws. "Beeeeeep! <flash flash> There's someone near, don't change lanes." Oy, my MIL and SILs cars both do that along with every other damm e-warning as well.
Yeah, yeah, I'm old (school).... Laff....
