Looks pretty good. Never thought about that. Another spot to show the CF. It's always hard to tell what the real thing will look like when you chop an image. The Damn body shop would probably charge extra to tape it up.hehe

I think on a CS Z it's a sweet set up.
I'll have the car late next week or early the next.
I'll post a bunch of pics.

I've been thinking about the CF wing and leaving the center in the base CF. I've seen that look. Jason suggested to paint the base silver and leave the wing CF. Anyway it's probably too late I think the shop got the parts today.

I'd like to see it in some good shots.

I am not sure the CF looks good on the silver if too much is showing. too much of a contrast. IMO

EDIT--- haha

the Clear Bra for the NISMO bumper is custom. There is no pre cut Template like the OEM one. I think they modify the one for the OEM bumper and make a custom piece for the lip. Jeff from Performance had this done on his. Extra Cash

If anyone knows of a pre-cut template for the NISMO give a shout.

why...

it hides it so much... the whole thing with the new bumper is that cross bar... it wont be as visible (unless of cousre you have a silver mesh grille behind it...

I don't run a front plate, so is that bracket to hang the plate on the nismo bump removeable? or am I gonna have to get it cut away?

:Edit: also, what do you guys think about the carbon lip on a SB Z? I'm torn so I'd like to get some opinions.

Yeah I think it's for an over seas plate. I dont know what the hell to do with it. Maybe it adds support to the Bar.

I dont think you can cut it out.
You can paint it the color of the bumper
or if your Bumper is CF you can leave it unpainted.

I am gonna Z-bracket my plate on so you wont see it anyway. I dont need the cops pulling me over for no front plate. They are nuts here. My car is already asking to be pulled over just the way it looks and sounds

Bat,

If you want a kit... we get it painted, you come by, we pop it on... you leave a few hours later...

I'd be interested in the fiberglass kit, just the sides and rear. I'm going with a different front end. Price?

Actually they havent started the install yet. I am waiting for the bumper to come in on Monday. Like Jason said once it's painted you'll be on your way. I expect to be cruising late next week.

I'll post plenty of pics once all is said and done.

Cant wait. Been without my Z for 2 weeks now

If your gonna paint the entire kit Cf is not necessary. It's just for looks and doesnt bring any extra protection. if you whack a CF part it will crack just like the fiberglass. You also must Clear bra the bumper or serious paint chipping will occur.

the Fiberglass kit is exactly the same kit as the CF without the CF layed over it. thats why I went with the CF bumper(leaving the lip exposed CF) and the rest of the kit in FiberGlass

I've seen the CF kit on a SB Z unpainted and it looks pretty hot.
Have you thought about that?
