Liner replacement when convertible top is stored
I have a 2006 350Z and mice ruined the liner when the top is stored when open. Can you remove it to get it cleaned and/or replaced? Looks like its bolted in.

Not sure about a video, but I took it out to give it a good cleaning when I replaced my top a couple years back. I don't remember it being too difficult. There are some plastic pop rivet clips that will inevitably break when you are prying them off, so just have some on hand to replace them during install. A set of plastic/nylon panel or trim removal tools will help. IIRC, those three square-shaped holes at the bottom of the picture gave me the most trouble. Some different things had to be removed in order to get it out. I don't remember the specific components, though. Other than that, I think it basically just comes out once you pop out all the fasteners.
Edit: Here's the procedure from the roof section of the FSM. A LOT of clips. The liner is apparently called the "Storage Room Finisher." Oooooo, fancy.

storage room finisher?
Well that's an odd name, and thank you for your help! I couldn't find that diagram. Hopefully I can get the stink out of the liner, it's in great shape otherwise. The lovely little mice decided to use it as the outhouse over the winter.

I remember when I washed mine, it got pretty clean since I think the material is vinyl or some other synthetic waterproof fabric. I just used Simple Green. I agree with you that the main thing is going to be the smell. Maybe try OdoBan.
If that doesn't work, I snagged that picture I posted in my first reply to your post with an ebay listing. It was listed as a "soft top compartment liner cover." I think the prices ranged from $60-$100 so nothing terribly crazy.
Mice are the worst.
