Question adjustable front lip

does anyone know who makes that adjustable front lip that was on the Redline Z from Japan. It was in the gallery but for some reason all pictures in the gallery are broken links on my computer. I'll try to find another picture. It was CF and it had two mounting bars that looked adjustable.

LOL... Diggin the fake Jap. plate..!

Those are generally called "Splitters".. their not really adjustable by what I know. They just absorb any impacts better.. I think..

I wouldn't mind one of those either.. Wicked4u2c, do you sell them?

Thats the same thing a guy said about his ALTEZZA tail lights and 747 WING! ITS OK if you like it, it serves no purpose no function just trying to make the car look hard when its not, but as long as you like it that's all that matters right?

OH BTW we don't sell those either... But I think you can find them at TOYS R US under the ERECTOR SET TOYS...?

The splitter serves no function? Ur saying it doesn't help at all with downforce? Believe me i'm as anti-rice as anyone (altezza lights and stupid glowing windshield washer nozzels) but i thought a splitter would be functional...correct me if i'm wrong.

Whoops damn dail-up..

Sorry to brake it to you but that splitter serve's no function for daily driving which Im sure your car is not a track beast. You want to talk about downforce and functionality, look at the cars using those splitters, they are about MAX 2" off the ground, extremelly low not even streetable because you will break it. Its just like those aluminum wings, some people call it rice.. just about EVERY JGTC race car has a HUGE WING... it sure serves a purpose at 150mph! But your not going that fast so your a wannabe racer(ricer). I just think its funny how sometimes you see these crazy cars and you swear they can fly but deep down insde they are just stock from the inside... Hey, like I said if you like it MORE POWER TO YOU.

O yeah, if you get the little splitters maybe consider getting those fins also on the side of the car im sure that will also help with downforce and cutting the wind in half

You can get a flat CF splitter at many of regular tuning shops, you just mount it and use any universal adj. bars and attach them , vwallah

splitters are generally to aid in the extention of the lip of the car so the air that naturally wants to go under the car, pushes the front end of the car down ... it really serves no real purpose to adjust it... the lower the front end to the ground, the better it is for the track... those aluminum rods in the front are just for support-

those canards he has on the side will offer the same amount of downforce, but look at the angle, it will cause more drag than help out.. i think he's putting most of this on to look neat.
