At less 2 hours for most cars
Direct bolt on
-NO cutting
-NO welding
-NO drilling
-NO painting or re-painting
-NO leaking (doors close & seal like stock)

about $1600.

Iam thinking about it right now. I have a G35 Coupe. I'll let you know if i do it.

We have all seen this before, a few members have done it and it looks great! If you have the money, by all means go for it!

With that, it sounds like a DIY. Hmm... that goes on the contemplation list...

i went to decah.net, they dont show anything available for the 350z or g35. imma have to call them monday i guess. i think 1600 is a pretty good price. definately beats 2500. if it actually is availalble for 1600, im getting one. BUT if we can get an even cheaper price with some sort of group buy, i'd be willing to wait for one to be set up.

oh and the doors open like stock at first, and then go up. they open half way like stock before going up. im pretty sure its half way, might be a bit less. there's really no way around that because of how our doors are set up.

the doors have to open out before going up so you can clear the interior door panel without having it hit the roof of your car and causing all kinds of damage.

1. they replace the stock hinges, so they go where the stock hinges go.
2. since the door opens like stock at first, no "major" mods need to be done to the hinges.
3. you will have to do some minor inner fender rolling, which is their way of saying "no drilling, cutting, etc" which is technically true. but yes some body work will be required.

if you'd prefer all the drilling and welding, they have those types of kits too. they open upward more then the decah kits, but need a whole lot of welding and custom work to fit right. oh, and they cost a lot more.
