Default Replacing front lights

Does anyone know the easiest way to replace the front turn signal bulbs and the parking lights without taking the front bumper off? I think the easiest way is under the fender well. If this is so should I take off the wheels or can i squeeze through fine?

it is easier if you take your front wheels off. under the wheel well are little black fastners that look like buttons undo all of them and the plastic under cover will come off and you can get to your lights

you can do it without removing the wheels. you do *kinda* have to jack up the car. 1 guy did it without jacking up the car but I think he said it was a PITA.

if you jack it up you get lots of clearance in there(have to jack it up, ramps wont do) then remove the 2 screws and 3 fasteners.

check the DIY forums, I did a writeup in there with pictures.
