mine looks horrible. the chrome finish is unevenly worn off all over the thing. is there a way to get an even finish (i don't care what) on the thing again? thanks.

 

It seems like it would burn you after being in direct sun? Heck, my stock one does that somewhat, I can only imagine...

 

indeed; it gets insanely hot. the only reason i switched was because the polished aluminum trim at the base of the stock **** was chippin off.

 

Do you have a picture of the **** with the paint all worn off?

I am going to look into this matter with NISMO tommorow... BUT! It is under the catalog as an S-Tune product... and S-Tune products are covered under nissans factory parts and accessorys warranty... Ill see what I can do!

 

Jason I have a black Nismo **** that has faded out pretty bad. I didnt purchse it from you guys but can I do anything about it? Ive had it since x-mas...

 

My nismo chrome **** is fine...seems to be holding up perfect....maybe I haven't had it long enough? (2 months, 3k miles).

Are you sure you guys have nismo and not some ebay knockoff? Or are you wearing rings or something on your right hands that's taking the finish off?

I will agree on this: It does get insanely hot!
I like to think it increases my quick shifts!

That's what I did. I had the Nismo (still have it actually) chrome aluminum shift **** and then changed it out with the GT Ti ****... so much nicer in the grip with this one. And I originally wanted to go with the Ti before also... pricing kept me away at the time
