Those two wires you can just clamp them to the stock harness for power, if what he says is right.

well they don't have any connection to the bulb. the bulb is already connect to the ballast.
you have to really see it to understand it i guess.
to me it should be like this
ballast connect to the bulb. 2 wire connections. and then somewhere there needs to be a power input. that is the cable i need to find.
