I have the Wald kit that I am customizing to fit the wider finders. There is no widebody kit going on this car. We are adding more metal to the finder to make them wider.

I like that kit but I want my car to, for the most part, look stock. This way it will have the look of a stock 350 but the fenders will be 4" wider.

Me too, thats why I wish the front nose of the top secret kit look more like stock but have the widebody look Thats the only thing about the top secret kit I don't like .... that front end looks kinda strange

OMG, your rear tires are huge! Wider than rear factory first gen Viper tires (335s)!!! It's going to look good, but you got some ***** to be taking a knife to your Z.

Thanks I think it will look good too. Or I hope it will
I was talking to the owner of the body shop (Modena Autowerks) And he told me the guys cutting it spent a long time talking about it first. The owner called me after it was done just to tell me that it is now too late to turn back. LOL I have faith in the work they are doing. There really is no one better to do this work. If any of you need any work done go to them. That is if you are close to Houston. hehe

just one quick question, what suspension upgrades are you using? Keep the pics comming, you are pioneering something here and we all need the updates for it.

Thanks. I like the support. I am glad I have not gotten any haters yet. We all know there out there. hehe Right now I am using the Eibach springs. I got them because it was the cheapest way to get my car at the right height for the bodywork. After the bodywork is done I am going to put coilovers on and sell the eibachs.

The car is also going to get repainted a different color. I know it is not going to be black again and not going to be any of the stock Z colors. It needs to be a bright color that will show the lines and be good for the magazines. I would like some ideas for colors.

Thanks

Looks like it will be awesome!

As far as paint goes, there is a lambo orange Z on the forum that looked bada$$. I think a dolphin grey would look awesome too. How bout a mirrachrome paint with a black candycoat over it?
