I am interested in getting the SEIBON VS hood, but I am not sure if i want to get it with the hood pins, just not the look I want, I like it smooth... just wondering if people who have seibon hoods use hood pins or not..

i used pins, but my hood will latch without them. im just worried the latch will seperate from the hood while im driving! not because of pour quality or anything, the hood is GREAT! its just good practice with ANY carbon fiber hood to use pins! IMO anyways!

 

I'd get hood pins just to be safe....had a friend with a CF hood (not Seibon) and it went up while he was on freeway and he had to pull over to put it back down....
