Well Dr I hope you look at your x-rays a lot closer, the difference is the clear/white side markers.
But I guess you are also right, because I just realized that the before was taken when it didn't have the bra and the after does have the bra.

Looks nice. How was your Japanparts ordering experience? I'm thinking about ordering the separation net and I could be convinced to order the side markers and the horns if somebody twisted my arm.

1) The install on the driver's side was easier, just removed 5 screws on bottom attaching the bumper to the whell well liner and two pins attaching the liner to the car. I reached in and used a phillips to remove two screws. Now the passengers side was a pain, I started the same way but found that the windshield washer reservoir (I think) is right on top of the marker making it pretty hard to reach the screws and this side was also very tight. So after playing around different ways I ended up taking all of the fasterners off that attach the bumper from the center to the passenger's side and pulling the bumper out giving easy access to the screws. If you do this to begin with it would be at the most a 1 hour install. It might be just as easy to go ahead and remove the entire bumper only about 16 screws underneath, 3 screws attaching it to the fenders on each side and 6 pins on the front top.
The order experience with japanparts was a breaze, they got here (FL) in about a week. And as for pricing, I figured they were only 55 bucks so the can't get much cheaper, I would be hesitant to order a 2000 dollar item as there would be a lot of room for price reduction. If you want them go ahead, what can you save, 1o bucks maybe?

Hah, I just posted my install in the general section. Exact same thing happened to me. Started on the drivers side, pulled a bit of the lining off and felt my way, figured this is great. Then came the dreaded passanger side. Like you, it took me a long time (2 or more hours) but if I did it all again it would taker an hour. Looks good though.
