First Time Window Tinter in LA. Need advice please.
also the guys at the shop told me that if i ever do get a ticket for the tints to bring it back to them, they would claim (under the lifetime warranty) that the tint needed to be replaced, so they would remove it, let me take it for inspection, and then put the tint back on for free (all under warranty). I dont think im supposed to tell people that part, but thought it might be useful info for you. Also, the brand of tint is Sun-Gard
I had 35% side until the cop pulled me over last week now i only have 5% on the side small window and the rear. I got it tinted at Avalon Blvd in Carson name of the shop is A1 Doctor tint....

i have 35% doors
10% hatch
1% quarter windows
$70 in northridge, and the tint is guaranteed. i've had mine for a year, no bubbles so far, no problems.
LA cops are much more lenient with regards to tint, but the driver
still has to be visible somewhat from the outside of the car through the front windows.
