Default Front lip, Rear lip, stock side skirts... weird?

I currently have a veilside V1 lip, and I'm looking to add a rear under spoiler (something subtle like the v1 lip... but not the veilside one :P )

would this look strange with the stock sides?

That depends on the rear skirt that you pick. I think the V1 rear is actually very clean/nice, yet unobtrusive. I think that, along with the V1 lip that you have, will complement your stock sides, as long as you have the mud flaps in the front.

I am in a similar situation... however I am going with rims next. I still have to make a decision on what rear and sides I am getting (in between greddy sides/rear or top secret sides/rear) either way I still believe you need sides to complete the look.

Sides are the most subtle, but also make the biggest difference in my opinion. The greddy sides are amazing, but look into the Vizage sides also. Very nice and clean, and 100% perfect fitment. If you want to be difference, not too many people with C-West sides.

i think the sides and a front lip are the best way to go. Quite frankly i havent seen a rear that i like, because they look added on. I love the greddy sides because you really cant tell their not stock, but they give the Z a great look. This is probably why i cant find a lip i really like. They all look to aftermarket. But the V1 looks the best behind the Top Secret, to bad the Top Secret is about $750 after shipping. FOR A LIP! But it is one sexy lip.

i pretty much agree with what everybody above has said. you can get away with front/sides without a rear lip/bumper or a front bumper/lip only.

if you have a rear bumper/lip you absolutely need sideskirts, imo.

currently i only have a front bumper and side skirts as air walker doesn't make a rear bumper i really don't have any idea what i want for a rear bumper either. for me, ings nspec or vertex would look pretty good, maybe just the nismo add-on pieces (they're on the air walker jp car) or maybe a rear difuser ...

ings n spec is not so bad of a side skirt as well, clean and simple if thats what you are looking for ... and if you do go with the ings n spec ... get the rear bumper as well, it should compliment the side skirt, IMO ... good luck on your choice ...

I have same problem.
I'm going to install US Nismo lip next week and JDM Nismo rear under spoiler is on the way from Gruppe-S.

I don't like looks of US Nismo bodykits other than a front lip. So I bought Grouppe-S' clearance sale JDM Nismo rear under spoiler. but I can't find anyone actually has JDM Nismo sides.. So until I get JDM Nismo side, I will stuck with US Nismo lip and JDM rear under spoiler with JDM rear spoiler.

I wish it doesn't look too bad.....

i agree, i couldn't find one rear lip that i liked.
but i think you would need some aftermarket side skirts, if you have a front and rear aftermarket lip.

I personally like the Ings Half Kit and Central 20 sideskirts. They are subtle and look stock yet they are lower than the stock ones and give the car an elegant yet sporty look. You guys should take another look at those two.
