Has anyone done the side to side adjustment. I took my car to the dealer and they replace my headlights. The night I got it back I noticed they were pointing different directions. Went back to the dealer and they said they had to remove my bumper again to fix this. I didnt have them do the work because I now were both adjustments are and you dont need to remove bumper. Just wondering if anyone has those specs and how to measure it out. Thanks

how does it work with the phillps screwdriver. Is there a screw or do I just turn the gear manually? I tried turning it by hand but it wouldn't budge.
