Thumbs up Bat's Blackened Headlight Housing, Clear Strip, Clear Sidemarkers and Silverstars!

First off, I wanna thank Mr Zipps for the nice job on the housings, KShep for the Clear Strip, and Jason at Performance for the Clear Sidemarkers. I'm really liking the look of these. I will Overlay my Sidemarkers with my 3/10 Tint so it will blend in more with my Clear Headlight Strip. I also upgraded my bulbs to Sylvania Silverstars. They omit a nice white light as opposed to my stock bulbs. Overall, I'm really please with this Mod . I will post more pics in a bit .

NICE!!!

matches your car very well.

my suggestion is to forget bout the silverstars... go for the real thing and get HIDs.

Wow that looks unreal! Perfect match to your car. Who did your headlights? (opened/painted/cleared) I'd love to have mine done!

Nice job--I cleared out my lights too, but I'm thinking about going black as well. Best regards.

What paint did you use for the housing? I really like the color.

Looks incredible Bat. Great custom look. That is exactly the type of thing I am looking to do with my headlight as soon as I can get my hands on a clear strip of my own. Great work--

Mr Zipps(member here) did it for me. Painted flat black, not sure what paint he used, I'm sure he'll post up once he see's this thread. KShep ordered the strips from Ares, but decided not to use them. I Love 'em!

I wil post more pics in a bit .

The headlights came out awesome and they look sweet on your Z. Andy, I'm glad you love them.

If anyone wants more information on the entire process please PM me or email me at Mr_Zipps@yahoo.com

I charge:
$150+shipping for cleared and $200+shipping for cleared and paint (will insert reflector for free). I can paint it any color. This whole process is done within a day so turn around time is quick. Also my work is guaranteed that the headlights will be complete sealed (no fogging or moisture) or I will redo them for free. Im located in Northern NJ so drop offs are welcome also.

Razza sazza frazza!

Must, have, clearstrip. (Ares any news?)

Bat that looks absolutely phenomenal and is exactly what I intended to do with my lighting. Mr Zipps was actually the guy who was going to do it for me too.

Sadly, Clear strips are apparently impossible to get/make.

Looks great Andy! By chance did you keep the amber strips? I am looking to try and cut some of these from sheet plastic made for home lighting and i need a guide. I'd love to help out some members and myself if i can do it.

Mr. Zipps, my two Z lights will be comeing your way as soon as i can get the clear strips! It looks like you do great work.

Why is it so hard to get the clearstrip?

I will be contacting Mr. Zipps shortly
