Default 350z bad acceleration

I have a 2003 350z with some mods done to it I have a plenum spacer intake and intercooler these mods have been on for quite some time now so it’s not any of the modifications that’s causing this issue. Sometimes accelerates normally. Sometimes the rpm’s stick and I can hear the motor going but it’s not going anywhere even with my foot to the floor or it’ll sputter then accelerate. Car smells like it’s burning gasoline or something. I have changed sparks, coils, knock sensor, o2 sensor, valve cover and gaskets, and cam shaft sensors. Does anyone know what else it could be

are you getting an engine light? you need to plug in a code reader to see if there are any Nissan codes. a generic OBD reader will not work. you need one for these cars to dig into the specific Nissan codes. That would be my first step since you're not sure and have replaced several things already.

I didn’t have any CEL when I listed the post but I did get one today but it was late so didn’t check it out I’ll check it out tomorrow and let you know, do you think it could be clogged cats? But I’m not sure how likely it’ll be that both of them got clogged unless it’s just one of them clogged I’m to sure.
