Default Headlight removal = Bumper removal(???)

Can anyone tell me how to remove the headlights including the HID balast? I'm sending it to MrZipps to get my cleared headlights done, but as all my buddies and my g/f can tell you,
they'll never let me near any set of tools. Any easy way to get around this?

PM user Jun. He has made a great PDF that details installing OEM HID's and the instructions include meticulous removal of the front bumper

Hey crazy, can you forward whatever Jun sends to you to me please?

Wish I could send mine to Mr Zipps too but I can't go without my car so I am actually going to drive to Sacramento to have some guy up there do it for me. He's done it for a few people here already so I'm hoping he won't screw mine up...
