Carbign Craft Carbon Fiber License Backing Plate - $85
I have a carbn fiber license backing plate piece for sale, made by carbign craft, little bit oxidation on the bottom, see picture below.

Looks like 2x2 twill weave to me, it'd be stupid for carbign craft to make it 1x1 if the Seibon hatches/hoods are regular 2x2

Your license plate mounting bolts goes thru this piece, the bolts hold it nice and tight, you could also apply double sided tape for extra hold.
