seems like this board has turned into a breeding ground for threads that are pointless...80% of the threads i see have been talked about forever....use the search button.....and the most interesting thing anyone can think of now is pics of wheels....we need to have more meaningful conversations....real questions...id rather see half the amount of threads if they just had a point....does any one agree with me??

THIS topic has been covered. You can't convince people, since most of the time it only happens with ONE person ONE time. Another thing that irritates me is posting in the wrong section, can't do anything about that. People are going to post where they want to, you start banning, people will start leaving.

shiftz, how many REGULAR members have been banned? Not many AT ALL, if any. I've been here since November 2002, i've seen tons of people come and go, the one's that were here originally (first 100 or so) hardly ever post on any forum.

Back on topic, like I said, you can't do anything about it without members complaining that you banned someone for posting in the wrong section...but then they are the same one's that complain about it. Either complain about it and let us ban them and don't complain. Or don't complain and we won't ban them and they'll keep posting in the wrong place about stuff that's already been answered.

ajk, the thread starter was relating the same topics being covered to threads specifically relating to Engine mods, so it is in the right section.

 

hey guyz in response the actual reason i posted this here was because i thought that this was one of the most read sections...so it would def. be seen by alot of people...but i understand what you meant.

 

I just ignore the stupid threads and read/reply the ones that concern me. I let the flame-war nincompoops fight amongst themselves.

 

The mods could save a lot of time and trouble if they would immediately close down any thread that has anything to do with a 17 or 18 year old Z owner or mom and dad buying your Z. Seriously, every time I see one of those pop up, after it hits about 5 pages long it has degraded into something that results in it being closed. Talk about flame-bait.
