The TR system is weak. In order to add feedback you have to seek them out in athread and click on the feedback value???? If you are going to use this system then at minimum please add a link on the main Trader Ratings screen to Leave Feedback for a member. Also, the SEARCH for a member does not work it just gets you to a HUGE list of members which is totally unhelpful and then when you find them there is no OBVIOUS way to leave them feedback. No wonder hardly anyone has been using it.
