Default Help prevent scammers

Just reading about a few scammers found in the classified section and I have an idea.

Let’s have a waiting period or minimum post count before you can post in the classified section 1-month wait and/or 100 min post count. That way we can eliminate the opportunistic scammer.

I say that, but it was a forum member who has 130+ posts that scammed me.

To be honest I don't think there is a way to do this within the current software. We might be able to do it once the upgrade is complete but I'm not sure. But it's probably a good rule of thumb for everyone to follow.
