If UBERMENSCH limited his whoring to the useless thread, I wouldn't mind. However, he created 10 threads in OT today and everyone is forced to sift through his garbage.
I've seen other VBulletin boards with this feature. Can we implement it?

I just tried this feature with a couple of our favorite "love to hate" guys.
It works well but I can still see their threads. Oh well, at least it keeps them from polluting other, GOOD threads in tech sections.

No way should you need to do a hack. As you know, the more hacks you do the slower VB runs. And it makes updating tougher too.
Just ban the people doing this. Just ban them for a few days...or a few weeks.
VB has a user notes feature on the Admin side. Just use that to keep track of the bannings.
